At Swixx BioPharma, our vision is to become not only the partner of choice for biopharma companies, but also to be recognized as a responsible healthcare partner in the communities where we operate. While the cornerstone of our corporate responsibility is our unwavering commitment to compliance, we strive to minimize our environmental impact and create an inclusive and equitable workplace for our employees.

Compliance and an ethically driven corporate culture are top priorities and a core identification of Swixx BioPharma. Since our foundation we have concentrated on building robust compliance and quality systems at the corporate level as well as in each of our countries. Our Compliance organization reports to an independent Board committee and is committed to achieving the highest ethical and professional standards. Our compliance systems are constantly reviewed and updated to ensure alignment with the evolution of the organization. Several Swixx affiliates are certified with ISO 37001:2016 ABMS (Anti-Bribery Management System) certificate. The ISO certificate anchors Swixx’s commitment to anti-bribery and anti-corruption and reinforces the trust that clients and partners already have in us.

We strive to be environmentally conscious in our practices and minimize our overall environmental impact. As of 2023, Swixx has adopted a comprehensive Sustainability Roadmap aimed at reducing our carbon footprint, monitor and optimize energy consumption and reinforce responsible use of paper and plastic in our everyday operations.

While evolving our organization that today has 1,200+ employees across 23 countries, we strive to develop an inclusive and equitable workplace for our employees. We are implementing continuous training on ethical behavior practices and have an internal, anonymous whistleblower reporting system in place available to all employees. We are taking active steps to ensure and monitor gender equality, including equal pay principles. We are proud to report that in 2022 women represented 67% of Swixx BioPharma CEE employees and 36% of executive and leadership positions.
