Compliance Certification

Swixx is actively committed to fight bribery and corruption through a robust compliance program that is at the core of all our business activities.

Swixx Biopharma is also certified with ISO 37001:2016 ABMS (Anti-Bribery Management System). This internationally recognized certificate sets a very high standard for compliance and is designed to prevent, detect, and respond to bribery incidences. The award of this globally recognized certificate confirms that Swixx operates to the highest level of compliance, in all its’ business functions and procedures, and that it applies the highest level of ethical global practices. As of February 2024, ISO 37001:2016 ABMS Anti-Bribery Management System Certificate has been awarded for 4 Swixx’s operational units.

Employees and Third-Party Representatives may contact the whistleblowing line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Employees should follow the internal process related to Business Ethics Reporting.

Third Party Representatives are expected and encouraged to seek guidance, raise concerns, and to contact Swixx to ask questions and/or report concerns on the following link compliance@swixxbiopharma.com about any potential misconduct or unethical behavior by Third Party Representatives, Swixx or their affiliated parties. The online option allows users to submit a report anonymously. Swixx is committed to non-retaliation and will maintain appropriate confidentiality and anonymity with respect to all disclosures.
