Speak Up Culture / Compliance Hotline

Fostering a speak-up culture is an integral component of our commitment to ethical business conduct and transparent communication. Swixx provides multiple channels through which employees may raise concerns and seek guidance confidentially, where permitted by law, and without fear of retaliation, including a dedicated whistleblowing line. The internal process governing Business Ethics Reporting must be followed.

The whistleblowing line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Third Party Representatives are expected and encouraged to seek guidance, raise concerns, and contact Swixx to ask questions and/or report any potential misconduct or unethical conduct by Third Party Representatives, Swixx, or their affiliated parties via the following address: compliance@swixxbiopharma.com.

Our training programs and internal communications emphasize the importance of speaking up and explain how to raise concerns. Swixx reviews and investigates reports as appropriate and is committed to ensuring that individuals who raise concerns in good faith do not face adverse consequences.

Third Party Due Diligence

Swixx expects all third-party service providers and suppliers to operate sustainably, ethically, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in line with the Swixx Third Party Code of Business Conduct.

Swixx Biopharma Third Party Code of Business Conduct is available in the following languages English / Spanish / Portuguese, Albanian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Greek, Hungarian, Kosovan, Latvian, Lithuanian, Montenegrin, Macedonian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovakian, Slovenian and Turkish.

The Third Party Code of Business Conduct applies to all third-party providers and is incorporated into contracts. Swixx periodically conducts due diligence and assessments, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption reviews, to monitor compliance, identify sustainability-related risks, and take appropriate action, including audits where necessary.
